Dora Stratou, and this evening
The Dora Stratou company has researched and performed regional Greek dance since 1953, in its own summer theatre on Philopappou Hill. This booking is a different show: a sociable dinner evening in Plaka, with live dancers performing traditional Greek dances in the room rather than a formal recital.

Before dinner, a local guide leads an hour-long walk past the Ancient Agora and beneath the illuminated Acropolis into Plaka — a striking way to see the old city at night, and a natural warm-up for the show.
